Quest Magical Power of Water starts at Ketra Orc Outpost. At the teleport point look for Wahkan and take the quest. 2. Run into the depths of the Ketra Orc Outpost. In the camp, look for Asefa, press the quest. 3. Also, we will need Thief Key, you can buy it at any store of magic. Teleport to Varka Silenos Stronghold, run into the depths of Varka to steal the necessary item from the chest. The surrounding monsters should not notice you. If the monsters notice you, you'll have to start the quest all over again. Looking for the chest behind the building and use the key you bought in the store. When you open the chest, you will have the quest item Green Totem in your inventory. After getting the totem, go back to Asefa and get Divine Stone of Wisdom.
