I agree, the support is lacking when it comes to getting help, especially regarding errors and reward payments. I like the server, but this is a serious problem.

It is very important that you put a penalty to leave the clan, because the clan that has the highest number of players enters and leaves without any penalty. they win the boss or the castle then leave and join another clan, this makes l2mad unfair to the other players and consequently demotivating new players since there is only one clan on the server that manages to make all the bosses and all the castles. I ask the admins to think about it to improve our server

I also got 60 cols on 12/03/2022 and I never received it, even though I called on all the staff's communication channels.

need a clan penalty on the server, at least a day to balance the clans is very unbalanced and demotivating
