You should ask Ncsoft that, they made the game and made cov enchantable. But since 90% of the russians here play with mages you worry that they will have disadvantage... Don't serve one group over another, just keep the game as originally created and all will be fine. Also mages can use cov aswell.

How soon is that though? ^^
