it cannot be buff if i buff every single resist water and still get hit for a crit of 5k+ . that is what's bothering me. i have the enchanted weapon, the ++ equipment and clan skill. only missing raid boss jewels

Hello i'm old l2 player but new to the server, i have a question: - what is the best pvp gear that the TOP players have ? (what armor, jewels , weapon enchant and augment ?) i pvped in ketra and got hit sooo hard all the time even with good buffs and i don't hit them very hard. is the difference only a full raidboss jewel set? i feel like i am missing something that others have please help.
