How am i suppose to understand: Chance of enchant Weapon: +4,95%; +5,90%; +6,85%; +7,80%; +8,75%; +9,70%; +10,65%; +11,60%; +12,55%; +13,50%; +14,45%; +15,35%; +16,30%; +17,25%; +18,20% Chance of enchant Armor/Jewelry: +4,85%; +5,80%; +6,75%; +7,70%; +8,65%; +9,60%; +10,55%; +11,50%; +12,45%; +13,35%; +14,30%; +15,25%; +16,20% Is this the percentage of success or fail?
